What I Learned & Conclusion

DigiDoc sharpened my understanding of healthcare-specific UX challenges — particularly how trust, clarity, and visual calmness directly affect patient confidence. I learned to design information architecture that prioritises urgent needs (emergency access, appointment booking) while still providing depth for secondary use cases like resource browsing and support. This project demonstrates my ability to create a complete, professional healthcare web platform with a thoughtful, user-centered UI/UX approach.
